No gaps, no sparks.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The heat trade-off&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Now, getting a true IP65 rating—meaning it&amp;rsquo;s dust-tight and can handle a water jet—comes with a catch. When you seal a tube that tightly, you&amp;rsquo;re essentially trapping heat around the lead wires.&#xA;If you&amp;rsquo;re stuffing a high-wattage element into a tiny space, those wires can get dangerously hot.
